We have been fortunate to dine at this restaurant many times before, and it continues to impress! This beach restaurant lives up to its promise, offering delicious seafood and pizzas. The staff is attentive and accommodating. We also had the pleasure of staying in the cozy rooms above the restaurant. The views are breathtaking, the rooms spotless, and breakfast comes with one of the most stunning views in Sri Lanka!

Returned after 5 years and it’s still a great vibe! Had yummy margarita pizza and tuna steak with salad! Love it! Friendly staff and good service!

The food and service here is wonderful. They make great pizzas, You can often get interesting local oysters. The restaurant is small so it gets really packed at peak seasons. The beach used to be good there but it is losing its sand. It was very difficult to walk to the safe spot for swimming. Sometimes you could swim with turtles.

Our recent dining experience at this restaurant left us with mixed feelings. While the ambiance and service were commendable, the quality of the drinks and the lackluster curries left much to be desired. To start, the Margarita was a major letdown. It was surprising to find that there was no trace of tequila in it, making it fall far short of expectations. A classic cocktail like the Margarita should never lack its core ingredient. Our disappointment continued as we delved into the curries. It was disheartening to notice that all the curries, including Thai and Sri Lankan, seemed to share the same base. This lack of distinction robbed each country's signature curries of their unique flavors and authenticity. The Sri Lankan rice and curry, in particular, was a letdown. Instead of the rich array of flavors and spices that characterize Sri Lankan cuisine, we were presented with a combination that included only mango chutney, papadam, and a yellow curry base. This mismatch of elements was truly disappointing and did not represent the vibrant and diverse flavors that Sri Lankan rice and curry is known for. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and true to taste culinary experience. While the service and ambiance might create a positive first impression, the lack of attention to drink quality and the homogenized approach to curries left us longing for the genuine flavors we were hoping to savor.
