Edited: Their food is still good. Their service and attention to any detail is lacking very much. We 've had our issues before but tonight was our final straw. I ordered delivery for 6:30. Showed up at 6:35, no big deal until... We 're sorry, we forgot half of your order. It 's on its way and should be here any second. 30 minutes later, after all of us have been waiting to eat... order finally shows up. No apology or anything. Just here you go. I love their food but I don 't think I 'll be ordering here anymore until they can get their things in order. The food is consistently good. LOVE their fried chicken. The temp of the food is here and there sometimes, but taste is always spot on. Good family restaurant. Would recommend for anyone.

I have ordered from you for MANY years. I use to drive from Brunswick to get take out. I 've lived in Medina for a few years now and at times I walk to the Square and come there for your wonderful Cob Salad. I was there two weeks ago for my Birthday and our food just wasn 't good. We took most of it home in the styrofoam containers and I have pictures on how our food was thrown into them including a salad thrown on top of our food and also withsthere weren 't any containers with lids ...it just made all my take home quite an awful concoction. There was salad, the the dressing and 3/4 th of a burger, with grease dripping everywhere and JoJo 's . To top everything off the rest of my salad and the two dressings that were dripping all over everything because there weren 't lids on them.....omg, It ALL went into the garbage. All our containers had our good food we paid over $60 bucks for on a garbage can... We caught up with our son that came home for my bday. And to top it off yesterday we had a friend stay the night and we ordered delivery. We we sickened on how everything was thrown into the containers. Again, my burger was all burnt and no bottom bun. And my friend ordered a pizza and the crust was so thin we couldn 't find the crust ..and loaded with cheese. All you tasted was the cheese. The onion rings were all in a blob and they were over cooked and burnt.i always ask for them to be a bit soft and they do it for me not this time . . These had no onions in them, they were burnt and overcooked . When the food was delivered my order was missing the Onion rings. I yelled to the delivery 's guy and asked if my onion rings were there. He said no and I showed my showed the guy that delivered my order how burnt my burger was. He was looking in his car to find the onion rings. They weren 't in there. I 'm not bashing you guys I 'm wanting my food to be right. And cooked right because I 've had it that way for the past years. I only get mostly takeout from you and I order from there at least once or twice times a week. I ' might just pick it up. I 'll be able to look it over. I was so hungry last night and everything for me was no good. My son couldn 't even eat the pizza cuz it was so much cheese in it w/o the crust. He said we gotta find a new place to get our food mom. . I told him yes, because we can 't get what we want eating at the restaurant either. I understand that it 's hard to find good workers and just find workers today. But, last night just made me upset. Oh, and when it was delivered it was cold . .I 'm just not used to this service from you. My last two orders were over $50 bucks including tip and it went in the garbage. We took home our food for my birthday but, it to went in the garbage. All my food and others was just thrown in boxes. That 's horrible. Please ask your employees to do better. I don 't want to stop ordering from you. I can 't afford to throw out a dinner and order it elsewhere. It was my birthday and my family was all there and we all left upset. And to get home and have ALL YOUR DINNER IN THE TAKE HOME BOX . I HAD ONION RINGS, A SALAD, BURGER, AND JOJOS ALL IN THE BOX .OHHH, DON 'T FORGET THE DRESSING ALL ON TOP OF A LARGE TAKE HOME BOX. Absolutely great food for the prices. We went after church and we were seated immediately. Service was prompt and our server was nice and friendly. She kept our glasses full and brought our food out piping hot. I had a special request which was followed perfectly. Overall, for this little hole in the wall, it was a great dining experience!

Good food, great patio, one of the places we enjoy the most for dinner and drinks.
