Food is decent. But prices and portions are not good. Plus staff is generally rude. Price of a bowl of soup just got raised to $13 and I leave still hungry. Pretty much done eating there. There are many cheaper better places in Utica. Don't pay New Hartford prices.

Watery down pho, taste not like pho. I asked the worker why it only taste like water and beef she said they add water to it when they are busy ‍ ️

Food was very tasty! In fact, I saved the broth from my beef stew/soup and added a few things for the next day's meal! Amount of ingredients were a little skimpy for the price, IMHO.

Good pho for the area but it lacked the flavor that I’m use to with pho from Seattle. Service was good.
