I've actually been to the Tai Chi Bubble Tea in Henrietta as well and I prefer the atmosphere at this location. Just the decor and setup feels more comfortable to me. Both locations have large parking lots, and are fairly easy to find. The staff are always nice here, I'm not really one for chatting but there's always pleasant small talk over this or that when there's not a rush. Love it! Just want for the first time and got the salmon poke bowl and taro zang zang special with pearls. Very happy! Going to keep coming back and trying different things. The teas are the perfect amount of sweetness, not too much at all. Going to ask for extra spicy mayo next time for the poke bowl. Whole menu looks excellent!

Went here with a group of friends. Glad to have a nearby location and not the hard-to-get-into Henrietta one, but service and communication were lacking. Asking for a large cup of ice (after I burned my mouth on the wasabi or such) turned out to be a hard, 5-minute concept to explain to a worker there.
