Ferdinand - Aarhus

Came here for dinner after a conference, and what a delight! The food was amazing, I had a colleague who required a vegan menu and nothing was too much trouble. The dessert (a rhurbarb and sourdough ice-cream baked alaska) was amazing! Would definitely return!

The restaurant presents a very delicious seasonal menu. The food is prepared in an open kitchen, where guests can follow along. The menu can be supplemented by a wine menu, or you can choose the wine from a very rich wine list with competent guidance from the waiter. Weather permitting, you can dine al fresco Summa summarum a perfect experience with great ambiance and atmosphere and an incomparable meal

If you are looking for modern, French food with a little twist in Aarhus, perhaps you should visit Ferdinand: Cozy restaurant, located on the quay of Aarhus Å are great and can impossibly be more central, as it's the very heart of Aarhus Food is delicious, well prepared, and looking both very appetizing and presentable, and though the menu is a bit classic, all courses have a little “twist”, and they were thoroughly presented at the table. We were especially impressed by the sommelier, he is unmistakably an expert, but the whole staff is kind, professional and very attentive.

Restaurant Ferdinand has a Set menu. We got 4 dishes in our deal. In the cosy restaurant with a view of the kitchen, where calm, order and precision prevailed, we had a meal of rare quality. Everything was beautifully served and the dishes were balanced and incredibly tasty Service was top professional and very attentive. I’ll be back!
