This morning (July 13), I drove over to pick up breakfast, and the Asian woman with glasses at the payment window was quite rude and showed little patience. To make matters worse, she gave me a damaged lid for my coffee. When I mentioned it to her, she went inside and returned with another broken lid. I'm not sure what she was trying to accomplish. I even took a picture of it. Management needs to address the customer service issues at this location, particularly with this staff member.

The restaurant had a lovely interior and was quite clean. The food was enjoyable, and our server was polite and friendly. However, the manager was extremely rude, not only to customers but also to the staff. The yelling and mistreatment of employees created an unpleasant dining atmosphere. Good customer service and basic politeness go a long way. I suggest the corporate team consider implementing proper training for the staff and management, as it would significantly improve the restaurant's overall experience.

I'm glad they have breakfast foods finally but the service was exceptionally slow. I also bought a breakfast baconator which comes with a free coffee. I didn't realize and they didn't offer it. Very poor customer service.
