Fabulous Sunday lunch. Generous portion of meat, tasty Gravy and plenty of vegetables with the all important homemade Yorkshire pudding.

A beautiful Country pub full of history. Here you will receive a warm welcome and outstanding food and plenty to choose from! I cannot fault this place! It's a country gem! The open fire puts the icing on the cake.

Brilliant experience met at pub early to go cycling with friends. landlord or landlady could not have been anymore helpful or welcoming. We had lunch following cycling white castle route. For lunch my friends pies and chips were great, I had fish and chips fish was fresh and easily best i have had in 10 yrs beating Padstowe and Whitby by some margin good value to boot.
