Quintana Bistrot - Aceituno

It appears to be a pretty courtyard cafe but was full of surprises. The aromas, flavors, textures and presentation were all top notch. Their experiential offering was a local/global journey of the palate including an aroma/memory exercise which left me deep in fond memories for the rest of the meal. Thank you for sharing your talents and time with me Chef Alex, it was absolutely lovely.

Comida y ambientes espectaculares. Experiencia gastronómica adaptada a restricciones alimentarias con productos locales (en mi caso vegetariana). Servicio excelente!!! Chef creativo, amable y divertido! En tan solo una noche, conectas con el lugar y con Alex Muchas gracias!! Un beso desde España.
