Kulinarally perfect. simple preparations, but first choice ingredients therefore guaranteed result. perhaps a little expensive for the offered location, the restaurant is in fact very economical and informative. it needs a refresh. this should not be a superficial consideration, but a constructive criticism. if I had found a nicer restaurant, I would certainly have accepted a better bill of 80 euro for an antipasto, two first courses, two second courses, one at and half a liter of the house. owner and waitress attentive and pleasant, without ever being noticeable. the service was also very fast. trust me, make the place a bit and you'll earn 5 stars!

Unfortunately, after 3 years (at the time we had written a good review) the place has considerably deteriorated. The appearance, both the exterior and the interior, appears anonymous, almost neglected, but this may not be decisive in the face of good service and, above all, good food, Unfortunately the surprise was around the corner .. the waiter (perhaps the owner) leaves us the menus, after 10 minutes he comes back and one of the dishes we ask for tells us that it is not available ... available, as well as those off the menu, were reported immediately to avoid wasting time and disappointment. We ask if, while the dishes we are about to order are prepared, we can have a focaccia ... we are told that we cannot have it because the oven is busy to cook the pizzas to take away. Since when does delivery take precedence over who sits at the tables? Patience, we order two fettuccine with meat sauce and one with truffles, for the latter, being in Umbria, one would expect to see grated truffle flakes On pasta and not an oily sauce taken from a jar. In short, a disappointing experience very different from the previous one. Who knows maybe we happened on a bad day but we certainly weren 't tempted to return, despite the low price: 30 euros for 3 starters and a bottle of water.
