Avaliação da contribuiçãoFantastic place to eat! I randomly chose this restaurant because it was late and other restaurants close. I was surprised and pleased about the quality of the food. You have a variety of fish, chicken and beef selection. They are a brewery so they have a wide selection of beers in addition to wines and cocktails. Your deserts are homemade and delicious. Beautiful atmosphere and a great place to bring people for a nice dinner.
Very pleased with food, beer and service. We arrived 10 minutes before they even open and they still sat us! Servers and owner were very welcoming and friendly. We tried multiple different dishes from yhe menu and all were delicious. Food and drink was brought out promptly, and waitress was back often enough to check on us but not harp. We will definitely be back!
If you wonder why there is over 1,000 reviews, it is bc if you request your receipt goes to your email, they automatically send you post on a social platform. When you look at website, they market themselves as having choices of beer BUT their selection is very limited. No oatmeal stout as photographed, ran out of Irish Red and ran out of root beer. Maybe 5-6 beers on tap. Meager beer choice and not that good. Service great, very friendly staff. Outdoors nice with pretty setting under umbrellas and a little bocce ball court. The indoors on the left side if you choose to eat indoors smells awful. The right side didn't smell that bad. Food mediocre, for example fish and chips fair but coleslaw awful... uneatable. Menu over promises but under delivers. Mussels OK but way over salted and almost 25% of mussels didn't open. Rate the food about C- or C. There are probably better dishes but would not come back. I see a number of bad reviews. Should have read before coming.
I loved the environment. There were many enticing items on the menu. I went with Salmon. It was cooked perfectly. My ‘Too Little Too Late’ mojito was DELISH! Our table ordered the brownie sundae and the key lime pie. The brownie sundae was good. We would have preferred the key lime more pie than cheesecake, but our waitress had made sure we knew what it was ahead and we went with it anyway. So, that’s on us. All in all a good experience.
Ww were searching for a venue where we could have a pre-wedding meet and greet the day before our daughter got married. After one location flamed out in the planning stages, I reached out to Peter and the folks at Rapscallion, and I couldn't be happier with how the event turned out. Our group of 40 was under the tent on a perfect summer evening, and the service (led by Val) was exceptional. We mostly had drinks but also ordered a few appetizers, and there were zero issues with anything. I can't wait to go back to Rapscallion for a regular meal!
