The personal is better than the owner in terms of service and ease of use, the owner also likes to use old rolls during the day while the fresh ones leave.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the slowest worst service, not just once this has been the case over the last 10 years. I'm a Mr. Sub fan (not this location) that's why I'm stupid enough to keep going. Employee's are not trained properly, I put this squarely on the owner....

Definately agree with previous review...the bread was very stale tonight when we purchased subs. When you change the freshness we will return.

We have gone to Mr. Sub in Acton for sometime and recently noticed that the bread was not good. But on Monday evening we went and the bread was so bad, this is what was left on the plate when we finished. The bread was so hard the young lady could not get it in the bags. We were very disappointed and normally love Mr. Sub!

I've gotten food poisoning from this place TWICE and I've only eaten there 3 times. Not going back.
