I love this place! It was my first time here and I'm definitely back. It wasn't too crowded. Full bar. Great menu. Many arcade games when the 36 lanes are not quite enough! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Seriously, this place is fantastic! Five stars above the board??????

So great staff. Each corner was clean and well maintained. The drinks were strong and cheap. We had an explosion. I'm going back!

I can honestly say that I never had such a disastrous customer service in my life. I planned my party before schedule. I spoke to the sales representative (Brooke) at least 7-8 different times before booking my party only ask questions and make sure everything was good to go. Everything seemed great, I even wrote a review for them because it was so helpful (at the time). On my actual party day I showed up about 10 minutes early to prepare for the guest. When I went in, I noticed that there weren't so many people. I see all the employees staying. I ask our party server is all right. They mentioned it preparation for a buyout event. NO ONE has ever mentioned this before I booked the event. Since the party started our food didn't come out until 4:35-4:45 and took a good minute to get more food out than I asked why everything went so slowly, I was told because it was ready for the other event. The adults who ordered adult drinks were cut off at 5:30 because they are ready for the? When 5:45 comes, we have come the manager (Jose) and ask how was the party I told him I felt kind of rushed, but I would bring this with the company and the seller he just said? Yeah, are you? We tried to play games after the party, because that was a piece of the package and he hears us saying that you need to, don't let you be here anymore and starts to take my sons birthday balloons and basically accompany us. My husband had to run our son because he cried he couldn't play games. When we walked out, we noticed that there was a big sign blocking the entrance that said closed to the public. I had parents who told me the next day that they were stopped, but the sign looked and thought the party was canceled. If I knew all this, a head of time would I BOOK HERE that is serious how you treat your guest? Not only did this last 4 days to solve, but no one really helped me. I spoke to Brooke, Morgan and Michelle G. at the sales office, I left several messages for Olivia, not even reached them and tried to help. I received an email from Elena Martin was basically called a Lair. But please tell me why should I do that? I don't have to lie about everything I was treated unfairly and I take this experience extremely hard because my son was involved and I don't play when it comes to my child. We just wanted a good time and that was ruined.

Hidden jewel in Addison for families before taking Happy Hour Hits and weekend parties. For adult groups and couples a good place to play or a night out. Cool bowling alley with fun drinks options and traditional bar food offers. Cocktails are on the sweeter side. Nice game floor, too. The night we went, Alley had 4 many problems, but the staff immediately addressed it. Also a few games were broken/not-work right and back, our card was quickly refunded. The virtual reality game is worth the 13 points per person. We go back because this is a great indoor option during the curved heat.

First time coming here and my girlfriend and I had so much fun. The loaded fries were amazing and the service was great. Besides bowling, there are also arcades, billiards, and other things to do. Will be coming again for sure!
