We had dinner at Michel on Friday December 22nd, the restaurant was complete, we had a great culinary moment. The welcome by the team was perfect, and the dishes made with excellence: for me the Saint Jacques roasted in the entrance, then the lean net, perfect cooking and to finish the blown at the Chasselas perfectly executed. A little dinner with our daughter. A pleasant welcome, a smiling service with a hint of humor, professionalism, kindness and small divine dishes.
