Avaliação da contribuiçãoI went to try the subs again after not eating them for a while as I was told they had updated the menu. They did but it’s all the same stuff just renamed and tweaked. I did like the new improved chicken option. It’s rotisserie chicken instead of the strange chicken chunks they used to serve. The place got insanely busy while we were there and the staff handled it very well. They didn’t know the sandwiches though and I had to point out exactly what was on the sandwich. I was just reading off the menu board and they still put the wrong sauce. Toppings looked fresh except the guacamole was completely brown. There are better ways to handle it to keep it from browning longer. I won’t get that ever again because it added zero flavor to the sandwich and looked disgusting. I got one of the churros. It was dry and somewhat bitter. Okay but not delicious.
Don't go here if you like knowing that the workers cooking for you are not deaf. Also, their subs are god-awful. If you want to go to a better place, just go to firehouse.
They were a little busy on this New Year's Eve, but the three workers were hustling to get everyone's order done. The food was great and the restaurant was clean.

So where to start. I ordered 2 subs one chicken teriyaki and meatball. When I got there o my 2 people were working. One was sweeping talking very loudly to the point I thought she was yelling at the other worker but she was on the phone. So I go to the side where the mobile order is and I waited almost 5 minutes for acknowledgment . The worker who was making other subs finally said was I here for mobile order and I said yes. She then said we are out of meatball. I said ok we’ll just make the chicken teriyaki sub and don’t worry about the other sub. Then I’m assuming the other lady who was loudly talking on the phone she’s a lead or manager not sure said we can’t do that it will mess up our system. So I said ok so just make 2 subs the same way. We can’t do that either since the chicken teriyaki is more than the meatball. I said so what am I supposed to do. She then said she will cancel that order and will place the new order but I ordered on the app which I got it cheaper since I used my points and the promo which I have a tip through the app so really didn’t get no benefit from the points but that was my choice. So instead of me paying $13 I payed $20. And I couldn’t get that promo since it’s only through the app. I never go to this location but it’s the closest to my house and said what the heck. Definitely zero stars for me. And she said I will receive my money back for the cancellation but haven’t. So total I spent $33 on two 3 Star subs
