Not what I normally expect from BP'S. Less meat on them then a small Wendy's burger... I didn't find it layered very nice out the the edges either... The tropical chicken pizza was as always an extreme pleasure and didn't disappoint at all... Reason for 3 start:. I asked for no olives on .y nachos and there were still a few random ones floating in there, bit disappointing, and the nachos being sub par. Otherwise good time!! And yes would go back to this location
Not sure what's worse, the grumpy manager who made it seem like I was bothering her by picking up my to go order or the brutal wings that I got. They weren't busy, you could tell since there was only one vehicle blocking the road, instead of in a parking stall. The female manager made me wait for 5 minutes, standing in front of her staring in disbelief, before she was able to help me out. No thanks for your order or have a great night. Just silent service. Got home and the wings were just brutal. I would have been better off stopping at superstore and getting wings there instead! I cant believe that there's more sauce at the bottom of the box than on my wings! My honey garlic were soggy and only came with 7 wings lol. Don't worry manager, you won't be bothered by me again!
Paige was my bartender. Did not enjoy my 1 star experience. She served my partner a LIME GREEN Moscow Mule Fish Bowl, filled half way no ice, no mint leaf. My fishbowl had a nice fly in it but ya... pretty gross. Paige also yells from Bar to another server ACROSS the room do you know how to make this drink? Soda or 7 up? Is it made with vodka? From my experience 10 years in the industry, putting an individual behind a bar is because they 've earned it, have the quality and knowledge of their drinks and food. From reviews Paige has been at the location for a decent amount of time so she should be very knowledgeable on her menus, but her experience as if she was still in training. I REALLY thought she was just new and this was her first gig behind the wood.... Please reconsider the appropriate position for her, as her capacity is hostessing...
Ordered delivery.. I think the cactus cut potatoes completely missed the fryer or the oil was bone cold. All absolutely raw and limp potatoes, don't think they even got warmed up. For how expensive they are it is just painful at how little effort went into them.. most were just stuck together in a cold clump. Blech.
My wife and 2 kids went to this Boston Pizza for dinner and we were greeted by Riley fairly quickly. He was also our server. Right off the bat, he was attentive, spoke clearly and spoke to us like an adult (not like some other servers who speak to you like you're in a kindergarten class where every sentence has an upward inflection). He provided us with a booth seat which is always appreciated when you have kids and took our drink order as soon as we were seated. Apps and dinner came out in a timely manner (using a new robot server which the kids also loved) and also checked in on us when we weren't in the middle of putting food in our mouths but long enough after where we had time to try the food. It's these types of small things that make a restaurant visit enjoyable. I passed on our appreciation to the manager (Kris) as well.
