I honestly don't know how they're in business. at some point I stopped last year, either I say they make a change, and there are at least 20 minutes waiting before they can even place an order (if they try to sit there and wait for them to shout so that their timer doesn't go up) or they refuse to take any kind of trouble at all and say that they only have taken online orders (but the online menu is very close) I give up. this place was pretty good earlier.
The first time at rally’s. where was I all the time? these burgers are the best of almost foods! the burger was not sloppy and the tomaten and salat were a bonus in the opposite to mcd’s they did not appreciate: 5/5
I was at many rally’s and this is by far the worst rally I have ever seen. After I wasn't able to find debit card, I told them I had to pull my card and find it. after I found them between the one I come back in the line. we had ordered two evil earthen conees that I suspected they had sat and would give us new ones....not this ignorant manager! They saved one that was melted everywhere, and then no lie. I think she must have licked the other cone who tries to hold him together! She looked guilty anyway.... so she said that by giving us new cone, there was a waste of product. if she didn't look like she was gonna burst if she had eaten something, I would have taken the molten cone and thrown it! is that really what rally has come to stop this kind of managern? buried about the waste of an ice cone because it was was wasting the product? how about this cone they cost only two customers who stop in at least three times a week!?
I officially have gave up on any Rallies. I don't no if it's protocol to short orders but I can't remember the last time any Rallies has gotten it correct. Two double big Buford's I get single Big Buford's. I was clear in presenting my order and double said it too make sure it was related between the person ordering and myself. 2 patties not one and please don't charge me for two when you give me two singles. It's just not rocket science guys. But that's ok I'm writing this for people who have future plans on going to Rallies double check your orders open the bag and unwrap and look. I'm done with Rallies forever not worth throwing money away anymore. To the owner I will not contact you via email. As I read all of these complaints it's crystal clear nothing is being done. I don't want gift cards or anything, as I said I'm done with Rallies. For your business train your staff and make sure there getting orders correct or else nobody will go anymore. Best of luck.
