We spent our last night at this restaurant. We stayed at Crystal Waters for 7 nights. Family with 3 children (3,11 &14 years old) The service is impeccable. The girl was polite and knew what she was doing. The meter that is in all the restaurants of the hotel, professional and very kind. Food incredible, unique worth the money. If it seems expensive, it is because the raw materials are quality. 1. Mushroom risotto. Fantastic (14 year old choice). 2. Kakkavia with seafood (sea urchin mussels) and fresh fish. Served in a vessel that does not let any of the aromas be lost an epic. (11 year old choice) 3. Ceviche awesome. As hot as it should be. 4. Lobster Barley. You don't stop eating. 5. Octopus cooked in a unique way. Congratulations on all the dishes at Chef. But for this particular one, it takes courage to undertake it. 6. Crab wrapped in avocado. Very tasty and special dish 7. And of course veal carpaccio which I simply wanted to try the Chef on the meat as well. I enjoyed it as a dessert. Fantastic too. Once again CONGRATULATIONS to this team for this result.
