Arby's - Albany

The service was better than expected and so was eating. Again!

I wanted to try the new burger, so I decided to visit Arby's on a Friday night at 7:30 PM. When I got there, I was informed that I couldn't order a burger because the patties were frozen. I drove across town to another Arby's, but they said the same thing. Is there a better Arby's location that serves fresh burgers?

I arrived before the closing time of 6:30 a.m., but they turned us away, stating they had already stopped serving. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced!

I have to say, the staff at this Arby's location are truly exceptional. I've always been greeted with a warm smile when I visit. The drive-thru also runs efficiently with a good flow. My food was fresh and clearly prepared with care. Other fast food places could really learn a thing or two about customer service from them. I just wish I lived a bit closer to this location!
