Arby's - Albany

Typical Arby's. Newer restaurant, clean and no complaints

We usually like Arbys but we ordered the steakhouse burger and it was red in the middle. I called the manager and she claims they cook it to medium rare. Not cooked enough for me or my husband. Also I was informed that the burgers are cooked IN the fryer. Sorry folks but I suggest you don’t order Steakhouse Burgers.

The food was great and the service was awesome as well. However; the atmosphere was ok just not the best like it is in a stand alone building.

Just wish they were more polite and could for once get our orders right we love Arby's but dang tired of spending then getting our sandwiches wrong other than that frustration the food is great when it's right

Quick service and friendly staff. Will definitely be in on my next trip through.
