Chipotle Mexican Grill - Albany

I went there and asked for military rebate and the cassian said they were only allowed to give a criminal prosecution rebate. but the time before I was given the discount. military personnel do much more for our country than the prosecution. I should have gotten my discount. together with this the bank was very rude.

Workers are nasty for no reason. asked for corn, got guac instead. many other chipotles in albany id rather go to

Missed half of my order from the app, my guac was not guac it was a whole chunk of avocado. Consistently the worst chipotle I go to.

This place is terrible. The workers are rude. I understand your busy but there is no need to catch an attitude with me when all I was trying to do was tell them what I wanted. I’m never coming here again because of this awful experience. There also is barely any ingredients that I want, they never have steak. Today I had to wait 5 minutes extra just for the steak which I was okay with, then when they put in my bowl they put 6 tiny pieces of steak, I asked for more and they said no. Overall terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Ever.

Kudos for being the only place open on Labor Day evening. Dining area was absolutely filthy. Couldn't tell the difference between the floors and the tables. Chips were very stale and the server didn't know the difference between pico and salsa. Grateful to eat after driving 12hrs to get into town, but if there was any other choice I would have walked.
