Simply Ramen - Albany

The pad thai did not taste like pad thai. It was supposed to be medium spicy. It was not spicy at all. Very disappointed, when I was craving pad thai.

We Love Simply Ramen: We've only been there twice so far in 1 month and wished we lived closer so we could go once a week! The 1st time we ate in the restaurant and it was very nice and clean. The server was excellent and the chicken fried rice, vegetable tempura and Thai ice tea was out of this world, YUMMY: The 2nd time we got take out and the service was very quick. Delicious, vegetarian ramen, eggplant dish is amazing. Friendly staff. Perfect for a pitstop meal travelling down i5.

Food is great, servings are large for the ramen, prices are getting out of control. Looking at a menu we picked up from the restaurant a year ago, every dish price has gone up 25—40

Be warned that this place apparently failed their health inspection and are still operating. We ordered signature and miso ramen. Chicken tastes dry, both our throats were sore afterwards. Avoid until reinspection
