Subway - Alcoa

I told the employee which sandwich I wanted and what type of bread. She turned around and got the bread and when she turned back around she asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted. I had just told her before she reached for the bread. So, I told her again. She didn't even put the correct meat on the sandwich. I had a discount coupon for the sandwich and a coupon for a FREE cookie. She told me they could only take one coupon at at time so I told her to forget about the cookie then. When she rang me up she charged me for the cookie even though I told her I didn't want it since I couldn't use the FREE coupon. She wasn't even aware that she had charged me for the cookie so I told her. She wanted to see the receipt. Really? So, I paid for a cookie that I didn't want. She didn't even put the cookie in the bag though so if I hadn't checked my bag I wouldn't have known. I'm not sure what was going on with this employee but she wasn't all there! I will try another location next time!

Awesome just a great place to dine in or takeout love the service and the food always fresh and ready. Don't forget your cookies lol.

This subway is the cleanest subway I?ve ever been in! The floors were swept, the tables were clean, the chips and drinks were organized perfectly, and even behind the counter was spotless. There was plenty of room for any disabled or wheelchair bound people which was really nice to see. The two girls working there Jayden and April were the sweetest women and were easy to chat with while I ordered. If you want an outstanding sandwich and good company, come to this subway! These girls deserve a raise!
