Avaliação da contribuiçãoI have been living in Aldie, VA for a good few years now, and I was happy that a few months ago I discovered Ciro Ristorante. This family style Italian restaurant is located in the Stone Ridge shopping center, by a Harris Teeter, Walgreens,..ect. I decided to pay a visit at Ciro Ristorante out of curiosity with a friend of mine. We sat down and began to order off the menu. All the entrées/ appetizers looked tempting and I was pleased to see a extensive list of wines in their wine list. : I was also pleased by the service. The staff worked together and my food always arrived hot. I decided to order the Spaghetti Pomodoro. It came in a large portion and in a marinara sauce. It was a really great as well as rustic. That marinara sauce was just plain delicious. Later, my friend and I decided to order dessert. One of the waiters came to our table with a tray of all sorts of desserts. It was a really hard for me to decide and eventually, I went with the chocolate creme brulee and let me tell you it was fabulous! I also enjoyed my dessert with a hot cappuccino. Now, I am a regular at Ciro Ristorante and often order takeout. They also offer catering which, for me, is quite useful. Definitely check out the website for more info. I honestly suggest Ciro Ristorante to anyone looking for classic Italian food!
I have been a regular here and let me tell you this place is great. I mostly drop by after work and order take out for my kids to take home. I call to place my order and by the time I arrive they have my food prepared and I am ready to go. I also came to eat there for my birthday. I brought a couple of my friends and we were seated in a nice table. I had a fettuccine alfredo and it was delicious! The plate was presented beautifully and it was in a big portion. Alfredo sauce was not heavy and was really good. My wife ordered a Minestrone soup. The vegetables looked fresh and rustic. My wife really liked it. We then ordered dessert. I ordered a white chocolate cheesecake and friends mostly ordered cannolis. I then saw the waiter bringing me a cake with a candle in it. Not to my surprise the staff sang me happy birthday and I was amazed they remembered. Well I left full and happy to celebrate my special day at Ciro Ristorante.
I recently moved to this area. One day I was running late doing errands and I stumbled upon Ciro Ristorante in Aldie, Virginia. I decided to go in and have lunch. Let me tell you, I am so glad I did because the place is gorgeous! Additionally, the food is incredible and the staff there was very pleasant and polite. Since then, I have been back several times and it has become one of my favorite places to eat. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
My best friend had her birthday celebration at Ciro Ristorante. I had never eaten there before so I was curious to see if the food really was as great as my friend claimed it to be. From the moment I walked into the restaurant I was simply amazed. Not only was the place beautiful but our group was immediately greeted by the owner himself. He made us feel we were family. The food was absolutely incredible. I ordered the Cappellacci in Rose sauce. I was glad to receive such a generous amount of pasta. It had a very light and savory taste and the sauce worked amazingly with the pasta. Additionally, the staff was very polite and understanding. They really made my friend's birthday a special one. I recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys fantastic and authentic Italian food.
Located approximately 9 miles west of Chantilly on Rt 50, Ciro's has the best atmosphere and best servers in the area. Sadly the lack of competition in this strip mall (a sports bar, Wendy's and Subway) provides little impetus for quality. The food, which is priced competitively to a 5 star inn a few miles farther out in the hunt country, is fitting for a strip mall pizza joint with a dressed up back room. For 9 you can get an appetizer of 4 over cooked frozen mozzarella sticks (fried to the point that the cheese is leaking from the factory applied batter). Most of the entrees are microwaved and frequently bear the tell tale uneven temperature. The wine list, while respectable in scope is of mediocre quality vintages. Forget the after dinner coffee! The cappuccino is INSTANT (or an uncanny imitation)! There is no cappuccino machine visible. In fact the entire kitchen is hidden away, except for a pizza oven. The wait staff is befitting a place of much higher caliber they are knowledgeable, attentive without hovering and friendly they make the experience bearable. On the other hand, the hosting is miserable. On weeknights and an empty restaurant, you will be asked if you have “reservations”? If you make reservations on a busy weekend, you will be ignored and placed behind those who arrive after you do in my case, under the guise of arrival TWO minutes early. Let's reality test here. This is a nice 2 star joint in a strip mall, in a new subdivision, miles from competition. Ciro would not last 3 months in the city. If you are willing for a semi nice place without driving far from home, this is an acceptable place for a relatively high price. If you want to take someone special out or for a special occasion, Ciro will disappoint and embarrass you. . PS: If you want coffee after dinner, plan on getting out by 9:00, the supermarket a few doors down has a Starbucks inside yes THAT bad... Food: Atmosphere: Prices Service: Overall 1.5
