Went through the drive through last night, we were the only customer there, the guy taking our order was very rude and acted as if we inconvenienced him. When we got the food our Curly fries were hard and tasted as if they tried to refry them. The sandwiches looked as if they were just thrown together. Extremely upset.
Haven't been to this location in over a year, drive thru and ordered the kings Hawaiian roast beef, okay got a fish sandwich instead, that's a little different than roast beef... so I called for the correct one I ordered, Jon was nice on the phone and offered to replace it but when I got the sandwich it was freezing cold and had very little meat on it less than anything I've ever seen on any of their roast beef sandwiches, not only was I left unsatisfied, but also felt like a huge waste of time waiting for a cold sandwich. Needless to say it's easily going to be another few years before going back.
We didn’t know Arby’s was open until 1am when we came off I94 to meet a parent of one of the kids with us. It was 12:50 and we ordered 2 for $6 roast beefs. The gal said Arby’s had 4 for $10 so she would do that because it was a better deal. We then just ordered 8 instead. The order taker was so happy and enthusiastic, it was great. Usually people are mad someone orders so close to closing but she was awesome. Thank you!!!
I always have a good experience at Arby's, but this is a different location. The sandwich was good. The shake was good, but the curly fries were hardly even warm, and they were hard and overcooked.
We called and spoke to a man named John, he was absolutely amazing and said the good burger line, would definitely recommend for yall to go eat here!!
