Casey's - Alexandria

Stopped to get that Casey's famous good pizza for lunch. Almost nothing was out for food, and it was 12:15!!! Office lady was chatting with the deli lady and not getting the food out!!! We, as well as a few others, for over 20 minutes for pizza!! (Trust me it was done, sitting there). After she finally got it out, just 4 pizzas, she went on a break. Another customer came in asking out loud why she was going on a break. Sorry when it's lunch time and nothing is out with the exception of one cheese pizza and one box of chicken nuggets, and you slowly put out 4 pizzas, you don't just go take a break!!!!! Plus if the office lady has time to chit chat, she could have been helping!!

Came in to get a sandwich and a coffee, an off duty employee was loudly talking to an on duty one. I turned to look at him and he had no shoes and dirty feet walking around the store.Gross dude

It had stopped snowing more than 24 hours before this picture was taken. I would go somewhere else unless you want to sprain your ankle. Watched the person working the kitchen open a container of flour tip the cover over and shake it off onto a tray of pizza dough. So what ever was on top of the cover was now on the pizza dough. The container was sitting on the bottom shelf of a table. After seeing that I decided against pizza. I asked the cashier a question when I was paying and she told me she needed to help the other people before she could answer my question. I will be taking my business someplace else.

Both days this week I went in there for a quick snack and I end up standing in line for like 15 minutes both days because the register's credit card machines were broke. It wasn't that much of an issue but when I was going to the ATM to make a withdrawal I overhead one of the workers making an excuse saying that my card was declined because I had no money on it. Pretty low to blame the customers while I have to spend an extra 3 dollars for the atm charge and wait an extra 10 minutes because your card scanning machines don't work. I will not be going to this Casey's again.

Clean store, friendly staff, and the breakfast pizza? To die for...
