Ordered on line. Everything was ready on time and it was delicious.. great customer service

Closed more than 10 minutes before they should have, and didn't notice us sitting at the drivethru waiting to order for several minutes before we went to the window to learn that they were closed.

I ordered a chicken breast and a wing, but they were extremely small and very dry. They really need to stop overcooking it. The chicken at Mac's in Tioga is far superior.

They closed more than 10 minutes earlier than they were supposed to and didn't notice that we had been waiting in the drive-thru to place our order for a few minutes. We eventually went to the window, only to find out that they were already closed.

At one time, this restaurant was quite decent, but it has really gone downhill. The food is lacking, and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. During my last visit, I witnessed a staff member step outside to smoke, and then return to handle food without washing his hands. It's concerning to think about hygiene in such circumstances. I wouldn't recommend this KFC, as there are plenty of other great chicken options in the city. I gave it 2 stars mainly because the lady manager was polite, but there are many issues that need to be addressed.
