Little Caesars Pizza - Alexandria

Hot-N-Ready does not mean that they get their food when they order it. I ordered my food and it took 1 hour before I got it. I came after 15 minutes before the car dru after I called my order, and was told that I should move forward to wait and they would give me my food. to 40 minutes later, I'll go in to see what takes so long. I tell them I'm still waiting for my order, and they say you mean this order, and then I take my pizza off the desk and give it to me. they had to sit there for at least 30 minutes. they were not hot anymore. not even warm. eating was good, check is for the service.

The only problem I have with little caesars on the north mall car ride in alexandria louisiana is the parking

If I could rate no stars I would, my husband and I walked in only to be ignored as we stood at the counter, several employees saw us and we walked out after seeing that not one employee was wearing gloves or a mask while handling the food or preparing it

Most of the time the employees are friendly and at least act like they don't despise their jobs. Food is always great.

Pizza in a Pickle:Lanika provided excellent customer service and her team worked tirelessly with limited time to complete our order. We called and created a last minute order and the service was offered without hesitation. We appreciate the superb effort and we will return to place our large camp orders at this location in the future.
