Subway - Alexandria

Medium-sized sandwich shop in a strip mall. On the positive side, the food has always been good so I will definitely be returning when I am craving a quick and healthy sandwich. However, the space is small (fitting around 22 seats from what I could see) and the customer service is just okay.

The woman working at this restaurant on June 28th was unhygienic, as she was clearly sick and handled my sandwich without changing her gloves or apologizing. She even wiped her nose on her shoulder. This is unacceptable, especially during the COVID pandemic when cleanliness is crucial. I couldn't eat the food and had to go hungry. I will not be returning until there is new staff.

The inside was extremely dirty, floors looked like they hadn't been swept, no tables were clean so my husband and I couldn't eat there. No restrooms. I won't be returning.

The food tastes good, but the staff is generally careless. On several separate occasions I had to repeat what I ordered and it was still wrong most time (despite all being non-custom Items from the menu). My primary question and why I'm not back to this place when I order an item from the menu, without any changes, and I was informed that the price on this item had changed days ago, but she got no chance to change the character. I was charged $11 for a $7.25 item. I don't recommend this subway.

I was just at this.location and just had the worse experience Was it discrimination or was.it something else? All of the white customers were served and treated appropriately. Never got to place the order l came there to get. Was this a form of discrimination or was this something else? Would not recommend this location and it's people! The funny thing is this for those who see and speak intelligently. The minories disrespected a minority. However it was a young white customer who tried to serve and treat me appropriately. Keep this in mind make-up is a mask. Nothing you do will impress me. You have lost my respect. I will laugh at you all the way long as well as your followers. Those who continue to eat here wear makeup!
