Subway - Alexandria

Absolutely love this particular Subway! Their customer service is top notch. Always super friendly and attentive. We stop by at least once a week, just because they are super nice. Definitely an experience all other dining establishments should model after in regards to customer service.

I have been coming here for YEARS the tall owner and the young lady with glasses are AMAZING these NEW FOREIGN EMPLOYEES hired are TERRIBLE barely speak English and they make HORRIBLE sandwiches!!! Things were much better here a few months ago. FIRE THEM and I will come back .

Very clean inside. Gentlemen that just made 2 sandwiches for me took his time was not rushing or messy like most subways throwing your stuff together. He told another customer I?ll be with you shortly I?m working alone. I appreciate the professionalism the cleanliness on the prep area and how friendly he was. The sandwiches were good too! Soft fresh bread meat and toppings fresh too. I definitely recommend this location!
