Avaliação da contribuiçãoIf I could give zero stars for this dining experience I would. Horrible service and horrible food!!It took over an hour for us to get our food. One of the steaks was supposed to be a 16 ounce ribeye and it looked like a breakfast steak from waffle house. Then on the other order, the steak was not cooked correctly. It took another 30 minutes to come out. I could not eat with my family because they had their dinner already. Was told that there were no sweet potatoes however, every table around us had sweet potatoes. There was no questions about a manager coming by to talk to us about our experiencein the waitress could care less and you could tell she didn't want to be at work. It'll be a long time before we go back to this restaurant.
Set down, placed our order, then a roach crawled across our table. Jumped up told waitress and walked out, fast.
I simply ordered a burger and fries; It was delivered with the lettuce being only a single white leaf ; not green leaf. nothing against whites but prefer green) no catsup for fries they were good) no mustard nor mayonnaise , for burger which was allowed to sit while we waited for her dinner. My wife ordered a loaded sweet potato. They brought a baked white potato ; again ,nothing against whites but prefer orange colored sweet potatoes) so we had to wait while they took her baked potato back and they took several minutes as they fixed her potato ; as her center cut sirloin , that was really dry and small , was allowed to sit and cool. I ordered a burger simply because last time here the filet was tough and overcooked but friends wanted us to join them here. I think it will be necessary to simply pass on by next time. I value my friends but believe we can simply do better
The bathrooms are disgusting. They clearly have not been cleaned in a while. Our server rushed us the entire time. The steak was very rubbery. I had the side salad and it tasted like dirt. The baked potatoes were to hot to eat. I will never return.
100% would not recommend or return to this location. I had to return an entire order due to my burger not having the meat patty and the order was missing a side that I paid full price for. I took the food back and asked for a full refund and was told that I would have to wait for it to get processed on the next day which would be a Sunday. In addition to living a hr away nothing was given to ensure that a refund would be indeed issued on the next day. I ordered the bayside burger, sweet potato fries and a side of broccoli which I never received). The total amount was around $52 and the other items that were ordered were ok. I have restaurant experience.... So I only wanted to be refunded the cost of the meal that was returned. UPDATE!!!!! I did receive an actual email from an actual person regarding the issue and was contacted by the manager and I received a refund for my meal which ended up being about $14. I will be changing my rating from one start to 2 stars I've had too many issues with Logan's)
