All the dishes we ordered party of 6) were amazing...do yourself a favor and order the fried honey porkchop...or orange chicken that's not made like fast food...the green beans with beef and garlic) were cooked al dente to perfection...this place knows how preserve the goodies in the veggies...nothing overcooked, or overly oiled, and everything fried is done quick. My 85-yr-old mom was excited to introduce me to this place...and that sayin' something. My aunt loves the food here too especially the sauteed fish and even the orange chicken) and has visited at least four times this month. The service is quick and friendly...parking is in a structure in the rear, with access from two side streets. Ambiance is clean with open eating...large screen tvs but not turned in when we were there). No matter...food was A plus....highly recommend tho I fear once the word gets out we won't get a table at 6 pm as easily as we did today. But this place offers good up good Cantonese food in a healthy yummy way. Great find, mom!!
Nice and clean Hong Kong style cafe. Their deep fried tofu with dried scallop is the best inside stay smooth and outside juicy. Not many restaurants can achieve that combo. Also like their choices of dishes they have scrambled egg with yellow leek instead of with shrimp only. Their Assorted vegetables with preserved pork is flavorful as well.
This used to be Tasty Garden, one of my favorite restaurants. Over the years, it seems the name has changed but the chef stayed because the food is equally delicious. My go-to is the beef chow fun. It was seasoned well and the beef was not chewy. The dish I thought exceeded my expectations was the honey garlic ribs. With all that sauce, it was still very crispy. My boyfriend loved it. Parking was easy with the adjoining structure in the back. We got seated immediately and service was quick. All-in-all a good experience!
Terrible service. The chef guy/waiter and the waitress gave us such a bad attitude. This restaurant needs to hire employees who actually respects people. There is another restaurant serving similar food nearby and I would rather go there instead of this crappy place.
It's our first time trying A Me Kitchen. It was highly recommended by my SIL, she had it the first time when she was traveling to LA. Their famous dish is lobster and crab. It's not on the menu so you will need to special request it in advance. It was very delicious flavor was on track. Not too oily or too salty. I also found that the other dishes on their menu were just as good. For a simple cafe restaurant, you would not expect such high-quality dishes.
