Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe wasabi alicante is one of the best Japanese in the city, despite being franchise we started with a wasabi salad, which mixes different types of Spanish vegetables with algae and sashimi. Everything was full of wafu sauce. It was a fantastic start, we have a lot to follow with a six-piece rationing sashimi that was very fresh and with a proper thickness, as I got. We also ask for sushi. Two pieces of ikura and two of spicy tuna. Sushi pieces were giant, they fit in the mouth with a lot of effort, but they were delicious, we followed the party with a very successful tataki magician, a rather generous ration. We wanted to close the night with a katsu udon, but they were wrong and we have a yaki udon. Like we don't want to be decortesive, we ate it and we aim. the combination of textures of this dish especially dripped the collophony at dinner was put by a chocolate coulant with a ball of green tea ice cream, and a cardinal of peach, perhaps with too much cream. I went to make sure and the coulant was dead. We accompanied the dinner with two beers, although as was a special occasion we also asked for a white wine to pair with the fish. the chosen one was a penis, specifically the gessamí. we loved how you see, at the time they are all professional, because the food and treatment received were very good. the price was 94,5 euros the decoration got us, but do not expect anything authentically Japanese. the wasabi alicante belongs to a franchise of Mallorcan restaurants, but that's not why they stop doing things right. the menu is quite complete, although there may be too much sushi variety and few consistent dishes to close. in the wine menu also have several types of sake.
Typical Japanese food adapted to our culture. of good quality. very central and pleasant.
Comida japonesa típica adaptada a nuestra cultura. Excelente calidad. Ubicación céntrica y ambiente agradable.
