Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Aliso Viejo

Lately, I've been enjoying Dairy Queen more than I ever did in my life lol. Maybe, it's because they offer deals on the app and that's what brings me in. I usually see what's on the offer/deals section and I choose from there. Most of the time, it's usually has to deal with a blizzard and you can't go wrong. I never knew they had the blizzard test where they turn it upside down to see if it's holding haha. My go too is the one with heath bar. Second, I tend to get the dipped cone. Be aware of melting after you take a bite. Overall staff is friendly, could use some more cleaning but what can you expect, the ice cream is good enough.

Blizzards are not made right. If you order a kit kat for instance they mix chocolate with the ice cream and then put some candy bar on the top. None mixed through out. Won't go back after 4 times, even if you remind them what a blizzard should be like. New management and retraining is in order.

This place has the worst customer service ever!! Make sure not to ask about items on the menu. Do your research before ordering- as Dairy Queen employees expect you to know everything before pulling up. Blizzards are good though. Just don't mind the teeny bop, bubble gum popping, eye rolling manager and her staff. They all need haircuts and attitude adjustments! Ambiance as cold as the blizzard I had.

After being provided horrible, unfriendly service, I got handed my bag with a here ya go and got dirty looks for not tipping. Honestly worried I just ate spit in the gross burger. I know people reading this will think that 's just a male Karen , but no. I was very polite to them with my please and thank you 's and didn 't make any comments about any of this at the window. I 've worked in the service industry almost my whole life and I 'm a heavy tipper when I am provide even GOOD service. These kids need an attitude adjustment and need to learn that if you expect tips, I expect decent service worthy OF tips.

This location has a drive through which is super convenient. Otherwise ample seating indoor.
