I placed an order from this location on November 10, 2022, and it has now been November 25, 2022, yet I still haven't received my refund. Speaking with the managers hasn't helped at all. I shouldn't have to go through this process to get my money back. I'm planning to file a report with the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I found only one overwhelmed woman preparing food, alongside a younger man in a cap at the register. My food wasn't ready at the promised time; I was told to wait about six minutes, but I ended up waiting a full 15 minutes beyond that. Upon getting home, we discovered that my wife's sandwich was completely raw in the middle, so we had to cook it ourselves. Additionally, the sandwich was pricier than similar options at other places, and the chicken piece was smaller as well. Although we haven't tried their traditional wings yet, I'm hesitant to take the risk after this experience.
I wish I could give zero stars. I put an order at 4:00. Website said delivered before 5:00. Nothing was delivered. When I called them, I was just told to enter a whole new order with a vague promise that my inalienable order will eventually be credited. That was anger! Unbelievable that they would not be willing to compensate for their mistakes. I will never order from this place again, and do not recommend.
Litterally never go here. The got my order wrong 3 times in a row.
