The coffee here is fantastic! They offer a small yet impressive selection of unique sandwiches made with marinated vegetables, salmon, tuna, and eggplant. Each sandwich is accompanied by a delightful olive and vegetable salad, and you can choose between a freshly baked roll or a croissant. Everything is absolutely delicious! They also have freshly roasted coffee beans for sale, and a variety of gift items as well. Highly recommended!

A hidden gem in Allentown! You'll appreciate the attentive service provided by the owner, Mr. Rand. The coffee was great, and the pastries were delightful. My wife particularly loved the pandebono, calling it superb. We’ll definitely be back!

While driving through, I realized I really needed a good cup of coffee, which had been hard to find at the hotels I stayed in. I made a special trip to this café, and it was definitely worth it! I’m quite particular about my coffee, and their Colombian brew was fantastic! I highly recommend it, along with the panebondo pastry. I also loved that the owner is Colombian and offers his native coffee.

Baristi is the perfect combination of impeccable quality and deliciousness! It is our new favorite spot when we are looking for a truly authentic coffee experience. Arthur is the best chef and barista to pair with this wonderful location!We cannot wait to come back and bring out families with us to share in the greatness that is Baristi!My favorite items include letting Arhur suggest for me it has always been great! ! I have had a late with turmeric and a cappuccino with cocoa and nutmeg per his suggestion, and both were amazing. Additionally, there is a wide array of market items you can purchase, including wonderful teas!Lastly, you can enjoy a wonderful treat of pasties, sandwiches, or my favorite a pandebono. Especially the Columbian Pandebono sandwich yum! I cannot wait to return!

I was here several times and always have such an amazing experience. the coffee and eating is amazing. the atmosphere is so beautiful and the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will visit this coffee house every time I am in town!
