Smashburger - Allentown

Food was great and the host was nice. I'm a bit weirded out that the self-serve soda machine was next to the restrooms in the condition they're in. That is an oversight resulting from somebody who drank one too many bottles.

I just recently visited smashburger and was totally impressed! Not only was the food fresh, hot, and so delicious but the service was exceptional! Mindy, the new manager, went out of her way to be sure that we were accommodated and satisfied with our dining experience! We will definitely be visiting again in the very near future! Forget the 5 stars our visit deserved 10!!!

The food is okay, what really holds up here was the customer service. Everyone was polite, smiling and happy to help. There was even an employee who was clearly on her break that helped us get lids for our beverages. So happy to come here just because the staff was so good!

We had a huge mix up with the app. It was not fault of the workers. Sophie and Cory did everything possible to help make it right. They were kind and patient.The food was great. Definitely will go there again.

We went for the food, but we definitely became regulars because of Mindy. I love her friendly and upbeat attitude. Everytime we come in, she always makes sure to greet us, no matter how busy it is. We always get our food super fast and it's always delicious. Definitely recommend and make sure to do the surveys on the reciepts cause they make a difference.
