Subway - Alpena

Went in this morning to get breakfast and the man was vary weird made my wife and I vary uncomfortable was rude and did a horrible job of making our sandwiches threw them together with little care seemed like he was upset that he had to do his job last time I’m going here I’m sick of negative experiences when I come here especially when I make it a point to be super nice to everyone that is doing something for me

Made food and disappeared into the back and didn't see anyone the rest of the time there. This could be a safety issue for customers. The food was good. The place was clean.

The sandwich artist who made my sandwich was awesome. She listened to what I wanted and even made a suggestion. I will definitely go back, next time I am in town.

First time in this Subway. Clean. Well lit. Knowledgeable AND QUICK servers. Food was great...like always. Tried the foot-long chocolate chip cookie. Yummy! Lunch was good! Just wish prices could come down.... ?

I've never had a problem with this place to date. It's fast and the staff are friendly. Even if I have to wait for my mobile order, I don't have to wait long and this usually happens when they are in a rush so I'm not mad. My orders are always correct too.
