Amore Mio Pizza - Alpha

Placed an order for my family at 5:15 was told it would be 40 mins for delivery. Called again at 6:30 was told the driver was on his way (i dont live far from alpha)and assured my food would still be warm. Called again at 6:58 food was still not here was AGAIN told he should be there any minute and warm at which point i expressed my disappointment. Told them it was my 1st and last time ordering from them. Owner said he was sorry but it was a big order (I'm sorry other restaurants don't have a problem delivering on time) so he says he will give me percentage off my NEXT order. I again, explained it would be my last. The person hung up on me!!! My food then arrived 5 minutes later and guess what....NOT warm atball

I tried this place once with my friend and I am obsessed since then. I enjoyed the fantastic atmosphere and flavorful dishes and beverages. Keep up the good work.

Worst customer service ever they never pick up the phone they will charge you then cancel your order with no explanation.

Placed an order for delivery at 5:25 pm called at 7:00 pm to see what was going on. Told me it wasn't coming to come pick it up if I wanted it. No phone call to let me know there was a car issue with driver. New owner same bad service. Shop elsewhere. Many other choices I. The area.

Actually deliver the food that's ordered.very bad customer service.
