Burgerfi - Alpharetta

Just ordered from BurgerFi for the first time. Interestingly enough, this location takes the cake for the worst burger joint I've ever ordered from. The burger was terribly made and wet. The fries were burnt and soggy from being re-fried for the 4th time probably. The onion rings were practically a donut with an onion inside it. Thanks for reminding me that there are burger joints worse than burger king. Wonder if management actually cares about customer satisfaction. Anyways, here's your 1 star cause I can't rate you lower. Cheers.

Food quality and customer service has become poor. 1- Got a sandwich with bun that look to be half eaten 2- Fries were deeply/over fried 3- Chicken tenders weren?t cooked inside 4- Not the best CSAT (Didn?t mention the reason purposefully)

My inner spice hound was barking today so I decided to give BurgerFi a shot and try their spicy chicken sandwich. First visit and I was reasonably impressed. The dining room very clean and in spite of going about the busy work of preparing for the impending lunch crowd, the staff excitedly greeted me as I entered. (not the monotone Welcome to Moe 's I was satisfied with the portion size of the sandwich and they are very generous with their fries. I opted for the truffle option on the fries which comes topped with parmesan and truffle aioli. Trust me, it 's worth the upgrade. The sandwich was decent. Moist chicken but the breading is a little short on crunch. I also thought it fell short on heat with all of the spice coming from the jalapeños and sauce which had a hint of sweet. Still it was a tasty lunch. Sorry BurgerFi, I 'm still team Popeye. But I will definitely be back to try out the burgers.

The burger was amazing. Everything tasted fresh and came out in a timely manner. The onion rings and fries were both crispy and just how they should be. Will definitely be back

1st time visiting this location I had a taste for some onion rings!! While I know how onions rings are suppose to taste to include beer batter ones- I took it upon myself to order them to include 3-piece chicken fingers and basic regular cheeseburger which include a type of orange sauce that kind of taste like Big Mac sauce. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice with indoor and out door seating. I choose to eat outside because why not it?s a nice and sunny Saturday???? 1st I ate the onion rings they were hot but I could not really enjoy them they were gigantic the onion was so thick that the outside batter part was falling apart so ate half of one. 2nd I ate the chicken fingers not so good- they were also hot but the fried batter did not stick well to the tinders I felt like I was eating a fried mozzarella sticks!!! 3rd I ate the cheeseburger that the cashier suggested since I?m not into a whole lot of toppings on a burger he suggested the BFi burger which is just cheese-and the orange like Mac sauce I added lettuce- I bit into it it was just ok- tasted like a regular frozen meat patty with seasonings- the bun was soft and had their logo on the burger bun which was a nice touch!!! Least to say my experience was not what I thought it was going to be I had drunk it down with a bottled coke and ice which was refreshing!!! I paid $29.00 for everything. If I come back I might try something else on the menu but it?s two stars for me.
