Einstein Bros. Bagels - Alpharetta

First time here and was skeptical because of the reviews and now I see why. Walked in and was welcomed by Latasha (which was very kind however, the women that was preparing the food was very rude. She said we could not order a breakfast sandwich because she turned her egg machine off in preparation of closing . Well I thought this was a breakfast/brunch place so not sure how this works if your menu is primarily breakfast sandwiches??? She said she turned it off because they were closing in 25 mins ??? Well why are your doors open for business until 2 ??? Make it make sense. She reluctantly turned the machine back on and prepared the food. We will not be returning.

The staff is very nice but this location was out of 75% if not 80% of their bagels at 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Bagels are your business people! How can you literally have only five remaining choices at 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday? **** poor planning. I probably will not revisit.

Trash. Not great service, quality wasn’t good. Coffee was the worst I’ve ever

The bagels are pretty good. The place is a bit run down. They don't put much effort into friendly customer service, though they are pretty fast.
