Avaliação da contribuiçãoIt wasn't eating. They had reservations, but they didn't have enough staff to sit people. 11 people are waiting in the lobby and no hostess. No one at the restaurant had food. Had to go somewhere else and it was Saturday before Valentines, so every place was booked. Horribler customer service. They would have notified people with reservations.
Food was great! Noise level high in the open design. Staff was good.
They missed the mark at the Hamilton. It could have been so amazing. It’s boring with no decor. It could be swapped with a Holiday Inn budget restaurant. Saturday night and only 3 tables there. Food was good. But who wants a nice night out with a low budget feel. Hamilton, hire a designer and fix it. There is such demand in Alpharetta.
We ate here on a Sunday night the service was great, and the food was excellent. The staff was personable, attentive, and pleasant. We had the deviled eggs and pork belly appetizers wow, that pork belly was amazing (we ordered a 2nd! ! We had 6 in our party; among us we ordered the trout, salmon, pork chop and strip steak. Honestly, we ate every bite. Its early days for this new hotel/restaurant trying to open during Covid. The only complaint was trying to find it online to see the menu and/or book a reservation. This is a nice addition to the downtown Alpharetta food scene. We will absolutely be back!
We had the pork belly appetizer, the Caesar salad, mussels, pan seared chicken and the bread pudding and everything was amazing. Amy was our server ams she was amazing! Shout out to Lionel the manager. The experience was amazing! Thank you!
