Has super taste operation was only at the end a little strange that we get our wardrobe ourselves. 4 channels menu was great. In any case recommend.

A culinary experience in the province of Schleswig-Holstein (but in the middle of the most beautiful surroundings and right by the lake). Pleasant ambience and a relaxed service. Even if the guest room is well filled, it does not seem loud – a nice conversation at your own table is therefore easily possible. The food was very good, the regional beer selection worth mentioning. Only Dessert did not convince us. It is offered as a buffet, that is a good idea on the one hand, but on the other hand does not fit the (high) style and (in our case, because we arrived only at 19:30) also looks quite “grassed” at a later hour. Still, we're coming back. Next time we test the 7-course menu that sounds really exciting!

We've been here for the first time since the renaming and reorientation from the crossed to the LambButtRind. We are absolutely thrilled!!! The reorientation to the gourmet restaurant has succeeded! The 4-course menu (selectable from approx. 12 individual courses) was absolutely perfect, including the greetings from the kitchen: very tasty, exceptional combinations, good wine tasting and best food quality! The service was very friendly, simple and competent. The terrace with beautiful views of the lake rounded off the extraordinary evening in perfect weather. We are happy to come back!!!
