Avaliação da contribuição... you just experienced yourself. We were on a ca. 10 km long hike from Treseburg towards Thale through the wild romantic “Bodetal” on the road a small piece on the 97 km long Harzer Hexenstieg and went to the “Gasthaus Königsruhe” on recommendation for lunch. This guest house with accommodation facilities is located directly on the “Harzer Hexenstieg” which was chosen to be Germany’s most beautiful hiking trail in 2008. The traditional mountain inn “Königsruhe” with its rustic fireplace and oven bench, is surrounded by the beautiful Harz mountain panorama, also directly on the murmuring mountain stream “Bode”, not far from the well-known, notorious and legendary “Bodekessels”. For the beautiful summer days, there is for relaxation and relaxation in the midst of this beautiful nature, another idyllic beer garden that consists of two outdoor terraces. Here you can easily get rid of the magic of the resin which we found in the inn has surprised us all more than pleasantly. We had chosen our lunch and reserved seats in advance because we were on the move as a group. When we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for us to eat in a separate room that was rustic and suitable for natural environments. On the menu there are defensive, resin-typical dishes, as well as wild and fish dishes. I had chosen apple-red cabbage and hand-rolled potato crusts. And my wife had ordered fried fish fillet with potato puree and salad supplement (see photos). The food was not expensive and tasted very well, which was also confirmed by all the others from our group. The „Gasthaus Königsruhe“ at the entrance of the Bodetales and directly opposite the Jungfernbrücke (all a car-free zone), is a perfect oasis for all nature lovers, romantics and people who love the special. Of course, lovers of rustic cuisine also come here fully at their expense. And to confirm this statement, you just have to look at the photos. For us, a forest restaurant as from a picture book, which we will definitely visit again if we are close again. Ps. Here is another comment on the wild romantic “Bodetal” I researched: The Bodetal is also called “German Grand Canyon”. It is not as long, as deep and as wide as the real Grand Canyon in the US state of Arizona, but it is not as old as the American ravine with its 5 to 6 million years in which the “Colorado River” flows. Last but not least, a 100% recommendation from us, for the destination “Gasthaus Königsruh”, in the middle of the intoxicating Bodetales.
