I placed a mobile order. I ordered a 6 piece chicken meal for my 3 yr old granddaughter. When we got home it was jalapeño poppers, not chicken. I tried to contact the restaurant directly. Every time I called, after 4 rings, a computer answered and said Thank you for your call. Goodbye.
NEVER busy,.... not sure if that is good or bad but the service is great!
Its basically a burger on the go Children friendly atmosphere which for alot of folks is a plus Would suggest going in to dine or ordering inside to go because trying to place an order in drive up can be a hastle and time consuming They do always have great specials that are really easy on the pocket book The I40 and Georgia location is the best if your traveling through and want a fast meal to go
We ordered a burger without tomatoes, onions, or mayo, but received one with all of those ingredients. The drinks were watered down and the fries tasted stale. We live 15 miles away and tried calling the restaurant to let them know, but no one answered the phone. While we are not allergic, the incorrect order poses a significant liability issue for the employees.
