Update Tried it again. All of the hamburgers were messed up and not what we ordered. Went back and they remade the burgers. The burgers were cold, buns were not toasted. Our fries got colder waiting on the burgers. I realize they were working with a skeleton crew, but you were taking one order at a time, making it, then taking another order. No receipt given. Usually they tell me they are out of printer paper. The nuggets were also cold. Burgers cold as usual. No receipts. Food was old and cold. Burger buns cold to the touch, meat was just barely warm. Sauces on burgers was oozing and dripping. Had it have been hot, it might have tasted better. This was a good place to eat, but many have noticed Burger Kings in Amarillo aren't good anymore. The one on Amarillo Blvd has much better food. One on Coulter serves cold food too. Someone come in and clean up because your competition are taking in the dough I would imagine.
Am highly upset. I ordered 27.00 worth of food they tried 2 times to give my husband the wrong order got home started checking order out and I called the site ask them if they could read I hate lettuce and tomatos and ketchup on my burger guess what it does. Wanted us to drive back up there gas ain't cheap read what people want and do not want
Warm at best ordered a Double and that'd what I was given
I ordered a whopper with cheese, no onions or tomatoes, large fries and a large Dr pepper. I was an emergency at home and I was needing to hurry so I went through the druve through BIG MISTAKE. There was only one car in front of me yet it took several minutes before you took my order after she took my debit card and charged me for the food, it took several more minutes before she handed my card back. It took so long that I was forced to to leave without my food.
