Vinces Italian Pizza Rtssr - Amarillo

I love pizza. Out of all the pizzas I've had my whole life, Vince's is still my favorite by far.

Vince is half Italian and half Greek and he does both sides of his family proud. The pizzas are the best in Amarillo (and several other cities I have had pizza in) and the Giros are equally excellent. He has been doing it right since 1984 in hislittle hole-in-the-wall restaurant, a testament to the quality of the food at Vince's.

I had the regular Gyro sandwich. I cannot imagine what the super is like. Mine was huge! I ordered the basket but I didn 't eat many fries. My wife ordered the small spaghetti. She was glad she didn 't order a bigger plate. The food was good and wereally enjoyed it. It seems to be a two person store, a man and his wife. They are friendly and they work hard. I noticedthey had a large take-out business. If you ever need it they offer a 30 inch pizza. They also have an eight inch pizza andlots of sizes in between.

Great pizza, everything is handmade. The owners are wonderful. They take great pride in their food!

I came in today to pick up our usual large lasagna which my husband I love very much. I didn't know that it came up on the phone my husband is military you gave us a discount. Thank you very much for great food taking care of a disabled veteran.
