Thank you to Sofia for her excellent customer service. Sofia has a warm, welcoming and friendly manner which really impressed my friend and I. I hope Sofia gets the recognition and reward she deserves as she made our evening extra special. Lovely food, dog friendly in the pub and cosy atmosphere.

I booked a table for a birthday lunch as a surprise for my partners birthday , our hostess Myra made the whole experience lovely , she was very patient and chatty and helpful and attentive to our needs , I will be asking for Myra on our next visit as she made it very comfortable and a very lovely experience so thank you Myra , Regards Gilly

My friend and I have had a lovely meal at the JA this evening. This was a credit to our lovely waitress Sofia whose service was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, efficient and accommodating. A credit to the Joiners! Food and ambiance was lovely too.

Booked a table but had a long wait to be seated with a queue of customers behind us, staff just ignored us. Service to start with was quick and efficient, pizza was lukewarm when it arrived at the table. Disappointed as food on previous visits has been great, won’t be rushing back.

Based on the quality and detailed information on their website, we chose The Joiners Arms to meet up for lunch with friends, Quarndon being mid point between our homes. We could not have chosen a better venue. We opted to eat in the bar. The decor is quirky, the welcome warm, the ambience relaxing, the staff friendly and efficient, and the food excellent. The menu offers a wide range of choices, from a pub classic such as fish and chips, home made wood fired pizzas, to Big Yakitori Sticks. The setting was perfect for a leisurely lunch and catch up with our friends. I suspect our first visit will not be our last. We would be most disappointed not to return!
