Rodrigo's Mexican Grill - Anaheim

I like this place, but I've been on my way for a few decades. I was there when it was Don Jose. I like the blue cheese. Extremely fast service during lunch, but not for weekends. Not sure what went wrong, but sat in the bar area and got really slow service on Saturday for lunch. It wasn't so busy. In half an hour you couldn't even get two margaritas in the bar area! A great place on weekdays, just not safe over weekends.

I ordered to drive from this Rodrigo restaurant and had a great experience. The staff was fast, accurate, friendly and organized. The chips and salsa and guacamole were good. I had a chicken burrito and can't say I loved it. The chicken was so dry that I picked it from the Burrito. I liked the roasted beans. I would probably give this restaurant another chance, but would try a dish without chicken.

Great place right in front of the 91 at imperial Hwy. Good drinks and food. We had Humberto and Johnny as a server and they were amazing. Good food and tequilla tasted wonderful. Party of 8 and the service was fantastic. The first time here and very nice service, good food and the entire ambience. By the way, I had the pleasure to talk to Lulu at the business office when I made my reservation and what an amazing person! Thank you, Lulu! Thanks and yes, recommended

Lunch today (Friday of the Labor Day weekend). It took 10 minutes to sit even though there were several empty tables. Slowly put on orders, but then everything went smoothly. The food was very good. Salsa is not tasteful. Beautiful Chimichanga and Fajitas. I'm back!

Got there at Happy Hour yo meet friends for Early dinner. Very busy. I ordered nachos off happy hour menu and added shredded beef for total $6.00 and it was delicious. Kept us supplied with chips and salsa. A fun experience.
