Mcdonald's - Ancaster

Despite being a McDonald's, this location stands out as a cut above the rest. The decor and ambiance are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the food is served with a smile. My child enjoyed coloring on paper provided by the restaurant. The only downside is the high price of condiments, such as a $50 charge for a package of mayonnaise. This came as a surprise and was unexpected from McDonald's, leading to a rating of 4 stars.

I ordered an Egg McMuffin with a large tea with one milk and one sugar. The food was good initially, but when I finally tried my tea after driving on the Autobahn, it was disgusting. They had given me tea bags instead of hot water for my coffee. It seems like this mistake was made by a manager who makes decisions on what they buy. If this is the person responsible for training the staff, I would hate to see how their service will be in the future.

I just left the drive thru here and ordered a coffee. Came in a cup for a hot coffee cup like I ordered but was ice cold. Talk about major disappointment and disgusting when you are expecting a hot coffee.

Staff have an attitude. I was sitting, waiting for my food with a mask on because the area by the front was crowded and the lady got mad at me for sitting. I had a mask on and had no intentions of dining in. I was just waiting for my food. And I understand there are rules but there is also a nice way to say things. Customer service is lacking here.

The lady standing at the front was very rude yelling at all the customers. was not taking students seriously and then proceeded to kick me out for sipping my drink telling me its illegal despite me being fully vaccinated? terrible service.
