Huddle House - Andalusia

The service is 50/50. Solely depends on your waitress. There's an older white waitress with glasses who should not be. She was absolutely rude. We sat there for an hour... We couldn't get drinks ordered or place any food orders. She kept telling there was a wait and that there were two tables ahead of us. Yet... The other waitress had no problem waiting her tables. The thing that made us walk out was when we realized she was taking orders from people they had come in long after we did. 10/10 don't recommend.

Super friendly servers! The place is packed out pretty much every weekend. You can tell those girls work hard with the resources available. Solid teamwork between the servers and cook line. Food is usually good. My family eats here on a regular basis. If they are busy when you go just be patient and the team will get you taken care of as soon as a table is available!

Nicole was an amazing and attentive waitress. She was patient with our special orders and help us customize our cheese and bacon preferences. She never let the coffee cup go empty. It was refreshing to see someone take so much pride in their job.

Awful! 5 people behind the counter and they couldn't get an order of eggs and bacon and mozzarella sticks out in 50 minutes?! There were only 3 other tables with people. And seeing how they treated our poor waitress? Uncalled for. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Pathetic! We left and went to Burger King.

We had a waitress named Monique and she was AMAZING! The environment was clean, and I came in never having eaten at a Huddle House. My expectations were average (assumed it would be like a Denny's or something), but BOY WAS I SURPRISED! I don't even like eggs, but they came with my meal. I got them scrambled with cheese and there were the BEST eggs I've ever had! I was craving them even the next day so we came back. When I asked for extra chocolate chips in my pancake, they did not hold back! Sooooo delicious! The staff was all kind, and very attentive. Who knew such a little family place could be so great all around?!
